How To Order

Ordering online is fast and easy.

PLACING THE ORDER

STEP 1.

Visit each category and select the items that you wish to purchase. These will appear in the Shopping Cart on the right hand page. The Estimated Total will give you an indication of the final cost though this may differ depending on the actual weight of the fresh produce in the order. The miminum order for The Lettuce Shop is $40 and $5.50 (including GST)delivery fee for orders $70 and under.

STEP 2.

When you have finished your shopping, proceed to the Check Out.

STEP 3.

New customers will need to complete the 'Customer Information' to register. Returning customers simply log in using their Username and Password.

STEP 4.

Select the preferred delivery time, confirm the delivery address and provide your payment details on the secure website page.

STEP 5.

Click on 'Confirm Order'. You will soon receive an email from us confirming your order.

RECEIVING THE ORDER

Customers do not have to be home at the time of delivery. Our driver will place the order in a sheltered, shady position near the front door. Our drivers do not collect payment on delivery.

Many customers choose to purchase two polystyrene boxes. They put the empty box out on the day that their order is arriving which our driver collects. He then leaves the grocery order in the second box. This helps to keep the produce cool for when they get home and is also a terrific way of reducing wasted packaging.
